Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Self-hosted licenses cannot be downgraded to cloud SaaS.

What happens if I exceed my signal quota?

You'll receive a notification at 80% and 100% of your quota. Once exceeded, you can purchase additional signal packs at $99 per 1,000 signals, or upgrade to a higher tier for unlimited signals.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all SaaS plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Self-hosted licenses include a 30-day evaluation period with full refund if not satisfied. Concierge services require upfront payment.

What payment methods do you accept?
